As of July 01, 2026, new Virginia legislation takes effect, which requires certain records to be sealed per Virginia Code Section 19.2-392.5.

To ensure compliance with this code section, charge-related information will no longer be accessible through the inmate locator portal. Inmate charge information can be found through the Virginia Court Case Information
