As many of you are aware, recently we began allowing attorneys the ability for free/confidential remote visits utilizing the IWebVisit.com system. This seems to be working out very well as it allows you the ability to meet “face to face” with a client, without needing to physically drive to the facility. We have now updated the time restraints for scheduling and visits can be scheduled thirty (30) minutes in advance. In addition, we have extended our professional visit hours to allow you the ability to visit up until 9:30pm.
We continue to work towards an efficient way to ensure your communications flows as smoothly as possible and we would prefer that the primary form of offsite communication remain the IWebVisit.com system. However, we do understand that, from time to time, things come up that may be extremely time sensitive.
Attorney phones will continue to be available by calling Central Control @ 540-622-8628 or 540-622-8631. Though not the most efficient way to contact your client we will make the best effort to connect you.
Also, please remember that onsite visitation (whether scheduling an onsite IWebVisit.com visit or utilizing the contact visit booths) is still an option. And, as a reminder, all inmates are issued a tablet that can be used to make phone calls, and all attorney phone numbers are free and confidential. Should you need to speak with a client immediately, you may also call the facility and ask our staff to have the inmate call you.
Our goal is to always provide the best possible service to all our operating partners. Should you run into an issue or have a concern, please do not hesitate to contact us so it can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Attorney-Inmate Communications Process
As many of you are aware, since July of 2020, we’ve been utilizing IWebVisit.com to allow inmate’s families, friends, and professional visitors to visit with them remotely. This has proven to be an effective and efficient platform to allow increased and more meaningful “face to face” communications.
With many of the COVID restrictions and protocols coming to an end, we’ve made some modifications to our operations and wanted to bring everyone up to speed. On July 1, 2021, our lobby will resume normal operations from 9am-5pm.
Also on July 1, 2021, our attorney phones will be discontinued, which means you will no longer be able to call in and be transferred to your client. In place of the attorney phone system and to continue assisting in your communications to your clients, and in addition to normal onsite visits, we have asked our partners with IWebVisit.com to waive fees for all attorneys and expand the professional visitation hours to 8am-815pm.
As the attorney phones will no longer be an option, the IWebVisit.com system will be the preferred offsite method of communicating with your clients. Utilizing the IWebVisit.com system allows you to have the ability for confidential audio and visual communication and may reduce the necessity for numerous trips to the facility, although that is still available. In addition, by scheduling visits, it may eliminate the wait times you’ve previously encountered using the phones. Additionally, as a reminder, your clients may contact you by phone, if you choose, and all calls will be free of charge and confidential.
To utilize the free visits, please visit IWebVisit.com and set up and account. You will then need to contact support@Iwebvisit.com to request to be placed on the free attorney list. Once those steps are complete, then you will contact Captain Michael Miller at firstname.lastname@example.org to request confidential status.
For scheduling you will need to contact IWebVisit.com and it will be your client’s responsibility to ensure they know when to meet with you.
